General terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all users of boygal.no. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Boygal and visits to our website. Boygal reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users of boygal.no are responsible for keeping themselves updated with changes made in the terms and conditions of the boygal.no website.
Boygal does not guarantee that all items shown on our website are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable at the time of your order, you will be contacted by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, colors, text, information and prices, errors may occur. If you have any questions, or see something that does not seem right to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Placing an Order
If the package is not picked up by the customer and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is responsible for the costs and will be charged all costs associated with the return of the shipment. This includes shipping costs, taxes, return costs, or any other added charges. boygal.no does not offer Tax-free shopping.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation includes your order number, details of the product and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. If you don't receive an order confirmation 24h after placing your order, or something is wrong in the order confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com. Once the order has been fulfilled and sent, you will receive the shipping information to your e-mail with all details. If the item ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. All Boygal jewelry are sent from Oslo, Norway.
Tracking is only available for orders over NOK 200
We use the following payment solutions: Apple Pay, Amex, Master Card, Visa and Klarna.
If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card with payment, Boygal has the right to reserve the purchase on the card when ordering. The card will be charged the same day as the item is sent.
Exchange & Returns
If you change your mind about an item, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after receiving your order. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us. After receiving a return confirmation from us by mail, please return the product as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the confirmation. The return shipping costs are not covered by Boygal.
If you decide to return or change the product, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. When trying on jewelry, please wash hands before and handle the item gently to avoid any oil, dirt or marks. Store the jewelry in the Boygal jewelry box when done. All returned items must not have been used. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. We will carry out a close inspection of the product after receiving it. If you have any questions or comments on the product received, please contact us at email@example.com. We will contact you as soon as the return arrives and we can then arrange either an exchange or refund.
When returning a product, you must complete the form enclosed with your shipment. It is important that you fill in the information about yourself, order number and reason for return. Please return the unused product in the boygal jewelry box, in a protected envelope. To keep track of the shipment, please provide us with the correct tracking number. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to us.

There is a 2 year warranty on products sold on boygal.no. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. If an item was received damaged, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please place the item back in the Boygal jewelry box to avoid any added damages. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us, along with photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. If the product is considered defect, we will make a full refund including shipping costs when the return of the claim is received. Please always keep your receipt for the product in case of events like this.

Complaints & Conflicts
All complaints are addressed to Boygal within a reasonable time. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. if you have questions, or if you would like to make a complaint, please contact us by e‑mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for shipping and handling costs for the item you have complained about. In the event of a dispute, you can contact the Consumer Council or your local consumer office for help.
